Whizdom Recruitment is a Canberra based custom provider of Information Technology and administrative contractors to Government and private sector clients. They were looking to target and attract people with a highly specific skillset, and experience in a particular industry in certain geographical locations for a recruitment contract specifically through Facebook.
Gloss Marketing Communications created a Facebook Advertising Campaign that used specific demographics to attract users that fitted the client’s requirements. There were strict guidelines we had to follow with the type of information we could include in the initial ads due to a sensitive nature so several ad sets were created to see which ones piqued the most interest.
We created a landing page where people were directed to when they clicked on the ad, where they were required to fill in detailed information to see their suitability.
The campaign was initially set to run for 3 months but due to the high number of enquiries the campaign was paused after 2 months. The media budget for the campaign was less than $350 and reached 36795 with 749 campaign actions and 24 enquiries.
