Galleria Toyota did not have a marketing department within their business. They made the decision to outsource their marketing and approached Gloss to come onboard with the objective to build brand awareness, drive traffic into the dealership and consolidate all areas of marketing.
We worked with the Dealer Principal and department managers to plan and execute a marketing strategy including online and offline advertising, sponsorship, social media management, content marketing and event management.
We have developed a solid marketing strategy which is in full swing and has seen an increase in reach, engagement and sales over the last 12 months. Planning and executing monthly campaigns for lead generation, to increase local awareness and working with their Brand Ambassador have lifted the profile of the dealership immensely.
